Work is underway to make space for bikes on the narrow one-way section of Grey Street at the Featherston Street intersection. This means people can ride both ways on Grey Street to and from the waterfront.
We're also making a one-way path on the southern side of Post Office Square to connect with the waterfront. This work includes improvements to the Jervois Quay signalised crossing for pedestrians and bikes.
The covered bike parking area in Grey Street has space for 59 bikes in a Dutch two-tier rack (next to the public shower and toilets).
